No. We get everything we need from a 30-minute call and your existing photos or Facebook page. You just check the preview and tell us what to change.
No. Your first year of the domain is included in the build. After launch you can take the Care Plan, or host the site yourself and we'll hand over everything.
By EFT. When you say yes, we email you an invoice with our bank details. Pay the 50% deposit using the invoice number as your reference, and we start as soon as it clears. The other 50% is paid when you approve the final site, before it goes live. We will never change our bank details by email or WhatsApp, so if anyone asks you to pay a different account, phone us first on 066 205 4680.
Two rounds of changes are included. Most clients only need one. Bigger changes after that are quoted upfront before we do them.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once we've started work, because we start writing and designing straight away. The full terms are here.

We set up your site and Google Business Profile so Google can find and list you. Ranking takes time and depends on competition, so we don't promise a position. Anyone who guarantees "page one" is guessing.
